Brown Butter Mood

A familiar chocolate chip cookie with a richer point of view.

Brown Butter Mood is made with nutty brown butter, rich brown sugar, semisweet and milk chocolate, and just enough espresso to deepen the chocolate flavor without making the cookie taste like coffee.

Familiar, buttery, and just a little grown—a chocolate chip cookie for every kind of mood.
