Thank you for shopping with Rest & Ritual Co. LLC. We appreciate your support of our small business and are committed to providing thoughtfully crafted products through our brands, Pure Peace Aromatics and Addie's Bakehouse.

Because our products include both handcrafted home fragrance and personal care items as well as freshly baked food products, our return policy differs by product category.

Pure Peace Aromatics

Returns

We accept returns of eligible products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be purchased directly from our website.
  • Products must not be listed as non-returnable.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be approved before items are returned.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used body oils, body butters, or personal care products
  • Opened or used room sprays, linen sprays, or other fragrance products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

Eligible approved returns include a prepaid return shipping label within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Addie's Bakehouse

Because our cookies are handcrafted food products, all cookie sales are final.

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baked goods.

If There's a Problem With Your Order

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged during shipping
  • Is incorrect
  • Is incomplete
  • Does not match what you ordered

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

If we determine that an error occurred on our part, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected item(s)
  • Issue a store credit
  • Issue a refund

Order Cancellations

Pure Peace Aromatics

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Addie's Bakehouse

Because every cookie order is baked specifically for each customer, cancellations are limited.

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellations and refunds cannot be guaranteed.
  • Event and custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit.
