At Rest & Ritual Co., our cookies are handcrafted in small batches and baked fresh according to our weekly baking schedule.

Our dough is carefully prepared and rested before baking to develop the flavor and texture that make each cookie special. Each finished cookie weighs over 3 ounces.

Weekly Ordering Schedule

Place Your Order

Order by Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. for Saturday’s bake.

Orders received after the Wednesday deadline will be scheduled for the following week.

Preparation and Bake Day

Cookie dough is prepared, portioned, and rested throughout the week.

Cookies are freshly baked in small batches every Saturday.

Pickup and Shipping

Local pickup orders are typically available Saturday evening or Sunday at an arranged time.

Virginia shipping orders are carefully packaged after bake day and shipped the following business day. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Your confirmation email will include the details that apply to your order.

2. Place Your Order

Select your flavors and box size, then choose local pickup or Virginia shipping at checkout.

Payment is required to confirm and reserve your order.

3. We Prepare Your Cookies

Your cookie dough is handcrafted, portioned, and rested for the best flavor and texture.

4. We Bake on Saturday

Your cookies are freshly baked, cooled, finished, and carefully packaged on Saturday.

5. Receive Your Order

Pickup customers will receive their confirmed pickup details.

Shipping customers will receive tracking information once their order is on its way.

Then, all that’s left to do is enjoy your freshly baked cookies.

Before You Order

Please note:

  • Each finished cookie weighs over 3 ounces.

  • Orders close each Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. for Saturday’s bake.

  • Orders placed after the deadline will be scheduled for the following week.

  • Cookies are prepared specifically for each paid preorder.

  • Weekly flavors and quantities may vary.

  • Weekly quantities are limited and may sell out.

  • Local pickup dates and times are confirmed after an order is received.

  • Shipping is currently limited to addresses within Virginia.

  • Alternative pickup arrangements may be available with advance approval.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Hampton Roads area.

Pickup is typically available Saturday evening or Sunday at an arranged time. Your confirmation will include the pickup location, available pickup window, and any additional instructions.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Virginia Shipping

Shipping is available to residential addresses within Virginia.

Cookies are baked on Saturday, individually packaged for freshness, and shipped the following business day.

Please note:

  • We currently ship only within Virginia.

  • Shipping is available for personal orders and gifts, not for resale.

  • A complete and accurate Virginia delivery address is required.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our care.

  • Rest & Ritual Co. cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, weather, postal holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Event and Large Orders

Planning a birthday, office meeting, client appreciation event, open house, shower, wedding, or another special occasion?

Event and large orders may be available with advance notice. Availability depends on the order size, flavor selection, packaging needs, and our production schedule.

Please submit an inquiry before placing a large order so we can confirm availability and timing.

Event orders are currently available through local drop-off only unless shipping arrangements have been approved in advance.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because each order is prepared specifically for you, changes and cancellations may be limited once production has begun.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, changes, refunds, replacement shipments, and alternative pickup arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable once an order has been accepted by the carrier.
